Pricing Policy
Instant quotes are estimates; final price after the first-visit inspection. You’ll be notified of any adjustments. Paused services incur a new initial‐cleaning fee before rejoining monthly service.
Payment Policy & No Contracts
A verified card is required in your portal before booking; payment is due upon job completion. If you didn’t self-enroll, we can create an account over the phone and email you your login. In your portal you can view invoices, past visits, and link your card. After linking, invoices are auto-generated and paid; receipts are emailed.
If your card isn’t linked by our arrival, we’ll knock and attempt contact. Without response, we’ll reschedule, which may be weeks later. For monthly service beginning with an initial cleanup, you’re billed pro‐rata for the rest of that month. Recurring payments (based on a 52‐week calendar averaged over 12 months) are due on the 1st of each month; a $10 late fee applies, and nonpayment removes you from the schedule. Months with five weeks incur no extra charge. Linking your card triggers a $1.50 test transaction (no funds withdrawn). All monthly fees are non‐refundable. Cancel anytime with 48 hours’ notice via phone or portal. Paused services incur a new initial‐cleanup fee on return. Prepay three months to receive 10 % off. All payments are final.

We collect and use data to operate, analyze performance, and market services. By accepting these terms, you authorize Posh Scoopers to use your information for advertising, promotional communications, and targeted offers.
Weather Policy
We operate year‐round when conditions are safe. If we miss a week due to unsafe or unforeseen conditions, we’ll perform “double duty” (remove accumulated waste) on the next visit; you’re still charged for the full month. Snow or frozen ground may prevent removal; frozen waste is cleared at the next service. Keep gates free of snow and ice.
Access Policy
If we can’t access your yard (e.g., locked or frozen gate), you’re charged for that visit; we’ll perform double duty next time. The technician will knock and attempt contact before skipping service. You may incur charges for excessive delays that hinder our route.
Dangerous Pet Policy
If an aggressive dog prevents cleaning, we’ll attempt contact (knock, call, portal update). If still unable to clean, you’re charged for that visit; we’ll perform double duty on the next scheduled service.
Pet Waste Disposal Policy
We remove all dog waste, double‐bag it, and place it in your trash can. If there’s no trash can or space, we’ll place bags neatly near the can or beside your home.
Holidays
We respect major holidays and follow employment standards. If a scheduled visit falls on a major holiday, we’ll perform double duty on the next visit to remove accumulated waste.
Scheduling & Communication
To keep rates low, exact arrival windows aren’t provided; routes run from about 7 am until dark (in the winter). We always text on the day of your service. Your scoop day remains the same weekday; any changes are communicated in advance.
Home Access & Gate Closure
You don’t need to be home; ensure gate access. We can clean with friendly dogs present. After each cleanup, we’ll email a photo of your closed gate for your records. If our staff has never met your dogs and you are home, please let the technician know before releasing the dogs for proper introductions.
Equipment Disinfection
We disinfect our equipment after each cleanup with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent germ spread.
