Terms of Service
Pricing Policy
Initial quotes are estimates based on a yard of 1/8 of an acre, on the number of dogs indicated, requested service frequency and is accurate for the most part. However, no pricing is final until the yard is fully inspected on the first visit. We will communicate with you if there is any price change before starting services.
Clients who choose to pause services for any reason will be subject to initial cleaning fees before being added to the monthly service again.
Payment Policy
Payment card must be linked to customer account and verified prior to booking of initial or one-time cleanups with payment due upon completion of the job.
After you link your card, we will generate and pay invoices on your behalf and send you receipts.
Note:
Your card will need to be linked to your account by the time we arrive at your home. If your card is not connected by this time, we will attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If no contact is made, we will reschedule your cleanup for the next available date. Depending on the time of year, this could be weeks out. If you need help connecting your card, we are always available at 780-265-5555 to help you over the phone.
If you move forward with monthly service following initial cleanup, you will be billed (pro-rated amount) for the remainder of the month at the initial clean-up.
Payments for recurring services are due on the first day of each month prior to receiving services. If payments are late, you will be subject to a $10 late fee.
If payment is not received before the first cleaning of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule until payments are brought up to date.
The monthly fee is based on a 52-week calendar and averaged out over 12 months. For months with 5 weeks instead of 4, you will not be charged for the extra visit as it is built into the monthly pricing.
When first linking a payment card to your online portal, a test transaction for $1.50 will occur. No money is taken out of your account.
Note:
You will be billed for the remainder of the month along with the initial cleanup if engaging in recurring services!
Next payment will be due the 1st of the following month.

Example: Jane signed up for weekly services and we will begin the initial cleanup followed by every Tuesday cleanup on 5/16/2023. She is paying $100 per month for Every Tuesday Cleanups.
The agreed rate for the spring cleanup is $155. On the first cleanup (5/16/2023), Jane will be billed for the first cleanup (155) and the remainder of the month (2 more cleanups) on 5/16/2023.
(Amount Charged on 5/16/2023):
Initial Cleanup: $155
Remainder of May Cleanups (5/23, 5/30): $50
Total: $205
Next Payments to Be Processed:
6/1: $100 (Recurring Cleanups)
7/1: $100 (Recurring Cleanups)
8/1: $100 (Recurring Cleanups)
Services billed for the month are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, we are more than happy to clean for the remainder of the month for you if needed.
Client Information
Posh Scoopers uses the data we collect to operate our business, analyze performance, and continue to provide 5-star service. By accepting the terms and conditions, you give Posh Scoopers permission to use collected information for advertising and marketing purposes. This may include sending promotional communications, targeting advertising, and presenting you with relevant offers.
Weather Policy
Posh Scoopers operates twelve months a year and will always show up when conditions are safe, regardless of rain, snow, or other unfavorable weather conditions.
If we are unable to provide service for one week due to unsafe (or unforeseen) conditions, we will perform double duty (for all the accumulated waste) the at next scheduled visit, and you will still be charged for the full month.
Frozen or a snowy ground may impact the cleaning. Any waste that is frozen in place (unremovable at the time of cleaning) will be removed at the next scheduled cleaning.
Gates need to be free of snow & Ice.
Access Policy
If Posh Scoopers is unable to gain access to your yard for any reason (Including but not limited to the gate being locked or frozen shut) you will still be charged for the cleaning. However Posh Scoopers will pull double duty on the next scheduled visit.
Your field technician will knock at the door and make attempts to contact you before skipping your yard that day.
Charges may be applied for delays caused at your location to the field technician which hinders them from proceeding with their route.
Dangerous Pet Policy
Posh Scoopers loves working with dogs! Our technicians have no issue working with your dog in the yard.
If it is evident that your dog is aggressive or will not let us clean the yard, we will make attempts to contact you by knocking on the door, calling or texting. If we are unable to clean due to a dangerous dog, you will still be charged for the visit and Posh Scoopers will pull double duty the next scheduled visit.
Pet Waste Disposal Policy
Dog waste will be thoroughly removed, double bagged and placed in your trash can. If you don’t have a trash can or the waste does not fit inside your trash can, the waste will be double-bagged and neatly placed near the trash can or on the side of your home.
No Contracts
Posh Scoopers has no contracts, and clients can cancel services at any time for any reason with 48 hours’ notice. Clients can call in to cancel or update their subscription plan through the customer portal.
Clients that pause services for certain times of the year will be subject to initial cleanup fees or spring cleanup fees when they return to their monthly subscription.
We are happy to provide service for the entire month even if a customer cancels services midway through the month being that all payments are not refundable.
10% off on quarterly billing
You get 10% off subscription service by prepaying for three months in advance.
Holidays
Posh Scoopers respects its employees and adheres to employment standards and major holidays. Being that all our regular services are billed monthly, we ensure to perform double duty on any visit following a service visit that was missed because it fell on a major holiday to remove extra pet waste that will have accumulated.
What time will you be at my home?
With respect to scheduling, we are unable to provide a timeframe on your scoop day. We have many yards to clean, and our routes are constantly being optimized for efficiency. This also helps keep our rates low for you! Our routes run from around 7am to dark.
Communication is important and you will always receive notice via text on your service day. Your scoop day will be the same day each week. If your service day ever changes, we will always communicate with you in advance.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, you do not have to be home when we clean. We simply ask for easy access to your gate. We can also clean with the doggies in the yard as long as they are very friendly. Our team loves all animals - it’s why we started Posh Scoopers! Once the cleanup is completed, we will send a picture of your closed gate to your email or text on file, so you have records of it.
Do you disinfect your equipment?
Yes! We disinfect our equipment after each cleanup with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
Note: If our staff has never met your dogs before and you are home, please let the technician know ahead of time that you will be letting the dogs out for an introduction. We don’t want to startle anyone!

Posh Scoopers collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.
Posh Scoopers may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Posh Scoopers and its affiliates.

Posh Scoopers does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
Posh Scoopers may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is transferred to the third party. Posh Scoopers may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries.
